This role is ideal for a proactive and results-driven individual who thrives on developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns and driving business development activities. The successful candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for audience-driven marketing.Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement brand marketing and business development activities in line with the firm's strategy.
  • Lead and develop innovative marketing campaigns that raise awareness and generate leads.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on marketing approaches and strategies.
  • Work across marketing and business development teams to embed a culture of audience-focused marketing.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, including graphic designers, videographers, and digital marketing agencies.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
  • Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all channels.
  • Oversee the management of the firm's website, with WordPress experience being a plus.
  • Drive business development efforts, including preparing tenders and supporting partners in pitching for new business.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and present findings to stakeholders.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in a similar Marketing Manager role, ideally within a professional services or B2B environment.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEM, SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns from concept to execution and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with various teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, AI tools, and website content management (WordPress experience desirable).
  • Experience in managing external marketing agencies and third-party suppliers.
  • Ability to work flexibly, manage competing priorities, and use initiative to drive marketing activities forward.
Qualifications:
  • Degree-level education in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • CIM qualification or equivalent is desirable.
