One of our established Milton Keynes based clients who specialise in the Construction industry who are driven by quality and customer service currently require an experienced Regional Sales Manager to cover the Herts, Beds, Bucks & Northants areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities

• Maximising revenue from existing customer accounts

• Establishing, developing and maintaining positive customer relationships

• Negotiating with customers to achieve the best price for both the company and the customer

• Ensuring that excellent customer relationships are maintained, by being available for client queries as and when required

• Visiting and presenting to new clients as well as visiting existing clients periodically

• Weekly travel planning and reporting

• Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and market trends etc.

• Meeting or exceeding agreed sales targets

SKILLS

• You will preferably have previous experience of working in a related industry - Construction / Plant Hire etc.

• A strong and continuous focus on business development and forward planning for business needs

• You will be capable of building a customer / a client base who are seeking rental solutions for long term profitable projects

• Excellent selling, communication and negotiating skills

• Highly motivated and target driven

• Successful track record in field sales

• Full UK drivers licence
