In this role, you’ll be pivotal in supporting the sales team, ensuring the highest level of customer service, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales support team to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Handle inbound sales calls and respond to customer enquiries with knowledge and professionalism.
