- You will act as the main liaison between the Recruitment, HR, Training and Marketing teams
- Brief in all marketing requirements to the marketing team and follow up to delivery
- Take the lead on all related social media activities that are currently a priority focus
- Be part of the team that is managing the redevelopment of the Connells group careers site functionality and content
- Ensure that all recruitment marketing activities online are in keeping with group marketing and branding guidelines to ensure a consistent and quality led approach
- Keep Group intranet up to date with all marketing materials for Recruitment, HR and training teams
- Work with recruitment team’s paid for job boards (Reed, Indeed, CV Library) to ensure that our company pages are always updated and promoting Group as a great place to work
- Take responsibility for ensuring our pages on LinkedIn are always optimised, updated and engaging to drive our followers and ultimately applications
- Take the lead on continuously driving the improvement of our company ratings on Indeed company reviews and Glassdoor
- Help support our hiring managers on marketing best practice
- Be responsible for marketing all recruitment events nationally
- Help promote our Diversity and Inclusion agenda by ensuring we have the assets, engagement and reach to attract, hire and train people from diverse backgrounds
- Manage all ad hoc marketing requests and related projects from the recruitment, HR and training teams.
- Enthusiastic and customer centric approach to work
- Previous Marketing experience including experience of working with social media, Linked In ideally within a Recruitment agency environment.
- Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or related degree or apprenticeship
- Excellent MS Powerpoint, Excel and word skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to analyse and provide insights from marketing data
- Experience of working in fast paced, complex, multi-brand business
- Strong communicator both written and verbally
- Good prioritisation skills
