Network IT is currently recruiting for a Service Relationship Managerto join our client on a 6-month initial contract, which is Outside IR35.Our client is looking for a contractor with a background in Service Delivery Management, who has a knack for managing relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues. This would suit someone with knowledge of the whole Service Delivery lifecycle, and an ITIL certification would be great.Skills and Experience• Customer/Supplier relationship management• SLA/OLA management• Bid development• Account management• Line management• Business planning and forecasting• Contract management• Costing products/projects/servicesEssential • Experience of relationship management- a flair for stakeholder engagement, with the ability to forge working relationships with diverse customers and colleagues.• ITIL and Agile Foundation level• Understanding of service delivery across the whole life of service delivery• Must be able to articulate service management and support requirements• Experience of financial analysis and costing• Ability to work as part of team- emotional intelligence and empathy• Strong numerical and analytical skills- experience of managing projects, contracts and peopleYou must be a British Citizen, and be SC cleared to be considered for this role, due to the timescales of onboarding.
