Site Based AC Engineer

Salary: £43,000 + OT + On Call
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
About the Role:
- One of the world's largest Facilities Management companies, are seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to join their maintenance team on one of their secure facilities in Milton Keynes.
- This is excellent opportunity for someone to develop and further their career in varying fast paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fault finding on all types of HVAC equipment.
- Provide Electrical and Mechanical expertise to the maintenance team.
- Using new equipment and technologies to maintain a working and comfortable environment liaising with the client on any requests for certain reactive and PPM tasks.
Requirements:
- Qualifications needed: F Gas Category 1 (2079) and NVQ L2 AC & Refrigeration.
- Strong HVAC Maintenance & Repair experience
- Full UK driving License
- Excellent communication skills as it is a Client facing role
