Our client's Projects include fit out and refurbishment, make up half of company revenue with the remainder generated from FM & Small works and stand-alone Electrical and Mechanical works. Electrical Project Manager Role:

Collaborating with pre-construction and estimating teams to deliver electrical installation projects on time and budget.  As the Electrical Project Manager, you will have responsibility to arrange and source materials and labour to deliver projects within the agreed budgets and timescales.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the project and its requirements - provide pretender overview for sign off.
• Build relationships with key vendors
• Provide consultation on planning
• Provide support for mechanical and electrical estimation.
• Managing various fit-out projects from start to finish ensuring effective communication with the team throughout.
• Attending site meeting on behalf of the client and provide updates to the project team and client
• Develop and implement project plans to the required specification and delivery phasing
• Championing a safety culture on site, leading by example, and always promoting safety.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver the best solutions
• Monitoring and reviewing project requirements / achievements, identifying issues which may impact on project delivery and escalating these where necessary.
• Conducting site progress, quality, and safety audits on a regular basis during a project.

Qualifications and Requirements for the Electrical Project Manager role are:

• BS2391 – testing & inspection
• JIB Gold Card
• Previous expereince in an Electrical Project Manager role
• Basic understanding of Electrical design
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with financial and project management principles
• Proficient in various relevant software systems available in the marketplace.
• Exquisite math and IT ability with an analytical mindset
• Reliable, thorough, excellent communication skills and attention to detail
