Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Geo-Environmental Engineer to join our client's team in Milton Keynes. Based in their well-equipped office, you'll enjoy a workplace with landscaped gardens, excellent parking, an onsite café, and a salary of £50,000 - £52,000, all within easy reach of Stony Stratford and the A5.

What Does the Role Entail?You'll play a key role in delivering technical excellence, financial oversight, and project management for a variety of geo-environmental engineering projects. From preparing fee proposals to ensuring compliance with internal QMS procedures, your expertise will help shape successful project outcomes. You'll work closely with clients and design teams, attend meetings, and provide mentorship to junior engineers. Business development will also be part of your remit as you help to grow our workload with both existing and new clients.

What Skills Will You Have?You'll have strong technical knowledge, including a deep understanding of British Standards, Design Codes, and Eurocode 7. Whether through hand calculations or design software like SlopeW, OpenGround, or QGIS, you'll ensure accuracy and innovation in all aspects of geotechnical design and contaminated land risk assessment. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is essential, along with a good grasp of foundation design, earthworks, slope stability, and remediation strategies. A full driving licence and willingness to work on-site, including nights away when required, are also necessary.
