MMP Consultancy currently have an opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join a Social Housing organisation, patch based around Hertfordshire and Home Counties.

This is a permanent position paying 44,919 with a vehicle. 39 hours per week.

Key Duties:

Title: Building Surveyor
Rate: 44,919 per annum

Location: Office in Milton Keynes, Patch covering Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.
Contract: Permanent
Hybrid: 3/2 Day Split (Working From Home, On Site and Office)

About the role

Key Details:

* Pre-inspection of Complex Faults (Damp, Mould and Condensation)
* Post inspect works 10%-15%. (Dependent on severity of job)
* Stock Condition Survey experience with ability to deliver Repairs.
* Send works orders on systems to team to manage raising jobs.
* Manage own diaries regarding surveying bookings.
* Cover properties in Essex from time to time.

Essential:

  • HNC Qualification or 6+ years relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience in delivering repairs service for social housing.
  • Detailed Knowledge and understanding of pre and post-inspection processes, building pathology and repairs techniques.
