We are looking for someone with CCTV, Access Control and Fire/Intruder Systems servicing and maintenance experience. Preferably with a history of working with a variety of vendors and brands. This role will also require an understanding of Local Area Networks (LAN) and IP networking. Programming and configuration at a low level is a standard part of the role.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, communication, technical support, and maintenance & repair. The Service Engineer will work to solve technical issues and provide support to customers remotely.

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Technical support experience
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the security industry is a plus
