Our client is a market leader in the supply of leisure and sport related products in the UK and have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Sales Advisor.

Role
Reporting to the Team Manager, the successful candidate will have experience in managing their own workload, be confident in providing expert technical advice on products and be able to manage multiple tasks seamlessly. You will need to be an enthusiastic team player with a proven track record of achieving goals.
The role involves, but is not limited to:
- Processing inbound sales calls.
- Processing inbound sales emails.
- Calling customers with sales offers and new product information.
- Offering expert technical advice on all our products.
- Liaising with our Brand and Sales teams to ensure our customers are fully supported
Requirements
You’ll enjoy dealing directly with customers and have proven experience of this. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills (good written and spoken English are essential for this role) and be familiar with Microsoft Office products.
