The company:A well-established leading global manufacturer with headquarters in the UK and offices across the US, South Africa, Australia, China, and Germany, providing product support and efficient delivery to a worldwide distribution network.Main duties:Responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, building and maintaining customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and providing sales support while maintaining accurate CRM recordsThe role:- Manage existing and potential customer portfolios, driving new business opportunities- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to support and expand dealer relationships- Provide sales support to business development and external sales teams- Submit sales reports, forecasts, and market insights- Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of company’s product catalogue

The candidate:- Fluent in either French, German, Spanish or Italian (written and spoken)- Experience in inside sales or export environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
