We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Sales Co-ordinator to join a dynamic team in a full-time, permanent office based position. Based in Crownhill, Milton Keynes, this role offers an exciting opportunity to play a vital part in supporting the company sales growth and customer satisfaction efforts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Management: Professionally manage customer relationships to drive sales growth and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Direct Customer Interaction: Deal directly with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and support them through the sales process.
  • Collaboration with Field Sales: Work closely with the field sales team to prepare quotes, track sales progress, and push aftermarket sales.
  • Order Processing: Use Salesforce and SAP to process orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Sales Opportunity Follow-up: Follow up on sales opportunities and leads within Salesforce CRM to maximize conversion rates and revenue.
