Sales Co-Ordinator | Milton Keynes | £38k + bonus | private healthcare

Join an international manufacturer serving prestigious sectors such as F1, aerospace, and defence. We are seeking a Sales Co-Ordinator to accurately handle order processing, quoting, and sales reporting. You will also be managing communications with our existing customers, ensuring an excellent level of customer service.

Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics 365) and Excel is essential.

Salary: £38k base salary + annual bonus 5% – 10%.

Location: Office based 5 days per week. Crownhill, Milton Keynes.

Duration: Full time/permanent.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Prepare quotes accurately using SAP.
  • Process orders accurately in Salesforce/SAP.
  • Handle calls to existing customers to maintain relationships and address their needs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to progress orders and organise logistics.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Generate regular sales reports for management using Salesforce and Excel.
  • Make calls to our existing customer base to check on their requirements.

Required skills/experience:

  • Able to deliver a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics 365) and Excel.
  • Confident telephone demeanour.
  • Experience delivering excellent customer service.
