PR Manager - Milton Keynes

A leading UK-based automotive manufacturer, renowned for innovation in electric vehicles and shaping the future of mobility, is looking for a talented PR Manager to join their team. This exciting opportunity will see you playing a key role in driving PR strategies, enhancing the company's reputation within the automotive industry and beyond. As a pivotal part of the PR team, you will help position the brand at the forefront of electric vehicle technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of PR in implementing and executing PR strategies that align with company objectives.

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry influencers within the automotive sector and beyond.

  • Draft and distribute press releases, media briefings, and thought leadership content to engage key stakeholders.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of high-profile events, including press conferences and public appearances.

  • Monitor media coverage and evaluate the success of PR campaigns, adjusting strategies where necessary.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with the company's broader business goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in PR, media relations, or corporate communications, ideally within the automotive industry or a related field.

  • Proven ability to build strong media relationships and secure coverage in both trade and consumer publications.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Hands-on experience in event planning, from concept to execution.

  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset, able to measure the success of PR campaigns and provide actionable insights.
