- Set up and operate CNC lathes with live tooling, including ‘Y’ Axis, to perform tasks such as milling and turning.
- Operate CNC machines to produce precision components from customer-supplied drawings and data.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining operations.
- Program CNC machines.
- Conduct routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the machining process.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

- Experience as a CNC Turner.
- Proficiency in programming and operating CNC lathes with Fanuc controls.
- Strong understanding of machining principles and techniques.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
