A chartered surveying practice in the heart of Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team of five.

This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned Senior Building Surveyor looking to work on a variety of exciting projects while benefiting from additional training and progression opportunities, including APC support for those not yet chartered.



The Senior Building Surveyor's Role

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will manage a diverse portfolio of projects across the private, commercial, and public sectors. This includes high-profile schemes such as projects within London's iconic theatres.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering professional services such as due diligence, building surveys, defect diagnosis, and fire risk assessments.
  • Managing client relationships and providing expert guidance.
  • Undertaking project duties, including contract administration.


The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor Will Have

  • MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential).
  • RICS-accredited degree (essential).
  • A construction-focused background.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to deliver high-quality work.
  • Proven experience within similar sectors and a "hit-the-ground-running" attitude.
