This is a construction and facilities management company specialising in public sector projects across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire. They provide a one-stop shop service, handling everything from general maintenance to new builds and extensions, primarily for schools and public buildings. With project valuations ranging from a few thousand to 1.5 million. They are now looking knowledgeable and adaptable candidate to join their team and take the lead on small works valuing up to 100k.

This site-based role involves frequent travel to projects within a 20-mile radius of the Milton Keynes office. Key responsibilities include client liaison, pricing and delivering works, and coordinating labour. You will play a crucial role in managing and executing minor works, from extensions and refurbishments to new builds, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be able to assess the scope of works on-site, accurately price jobs, and maintain strong client communication. You should also be confident in managing small works projects ranging from 50K to 100K, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.

The Role:

  • Delivering Small Commercial projects (extensions, maintenance)
  • Liaising with clients to produce scope of works and tender

  • Has commercial acumen (Ability to price and run jobs)
  • Construction related degree desirable
