This well-established Consultancy work in numerous sectors, primarily retail and have a presence across the UK with several offices nationwide. They have continually grown in recent years to a point they now have a turnover of over £12m and are looking to grow the team at their Milton Keynes office to keep up with an ever increasing workload.In this varied role you will be responsible for the entire pre-construction phase of projects as you liaise with developers, landlords and , other departments. You will have the chance to make your stamp on the role as you undertake negotiations, update relevant paperwork and support site and project teams. This is a hybrid role with some site visitation nationwide and occasional staying away.This varied role would suit a Pre-Construction Manager or similar looking for an autonomous role working on a range of projects within a leading company who offer flexible working and a bonus to increase your earnings.The Role:
- Lead the pre construction phase of varied projects
- Work primarily within the Retail sector
- Liaise closely with developers, landlords, stakeholders and clients
- Responsible for delivery on time and within budget
- Flexible and Hybrid working available

- Retail or similar background
- Full Driving Licence - happy to travel
