Position Contract Manager
Salary Up to £55,000 per annum + £5,000 car allowance, annual bonus & All travel paid.
Hours Monday-Friday
Location Midlands & Southeast.
Reporting Into Senior Contract Manager
Tecrec are currently recruiting for a Contract Manager manage a portfolio of commercial sites throughout the Midlands and Southeast, this portfolio is made up of 10 multi-tenanted commercial offices my client provides a complete facilities maintenance package, tailored to suit their clients needs and to deliver a service cost effectively but to the highest engineering standards.
As the Contract Manager you will manage your own diary and you will be responsible for manging a P&L of 900K and a team of mobile engineers.
The portfolio is constantly growing and by January 2025 this should be a million-pound portfolio. This is to work for one client across the 10 buildings.
Locations of sites
3 sites in Birmingham
3 sites in Milton Keynes
2 sites in Colchester
2 in London
This is to work for a business which has gone from strength to strength in the industry over recent years and now have over 100 engineers across the business.
The ideal candidate will have managed a portfolio of buildings previously.
