New Homes Conveyancer - Milton Keynes

The Package:
  • Basic Salary: Up to £30,000 (DOE)

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified or Non-Qualified: You don’t have to be fully qualified but should have at least 2 years of experience as a fee earner (running a varied caseload, including leasehold files).
  • Experience: At least 5 years as a fee earner with sound legal knowledge in all areas, including the ability to conduct title checks.
  • Networking Skills: Desirable for building relationships and growing your caseload.
  • Personality: Must be a "people pleaser" with a can-do attitude and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Target-Driven: Motivated to achieve and exceed goals while delivering excellent service.
  • Willingness to Progress: A proactive approach to personal and professional development with an eagerness to help shape the business.
