This role, covering the South East is pivotal in the growth of new business opportunities within the construction industry and sits on the contracts side of the business.Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and grow new business opportunities from identifying, prospecting to closing
  • Strategise and execute a plan on entering and winning projects within new markets
  • Nurturing and growing existing business relationships, ensuring optimisation of key accounts
  • Oversee full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing of deals
  • Working cross functionally with design and estimation teams to ensure clarity on commercial requirements of each individual opportunities

Skills and Requirements:

  • A driven, ambitious individual who thrives on building key strategic relationships within the construction industry
  • A track record of exceeding targets and a passion for success
  • Experience within the construction industry, specifically with main contractors
  • Experience within the bathroom/kitchen manufacturing industry
  • Full UK Driving License is needed
