KM Recruitment is seeking a Management Assessor for a home/field-based position that requires flexibility with travel.
The salary for this role ranges from £32,000 to £35,000, depending on skills and experience.
Candidates must have a recognized Assessor award and current experience delivering full Operations Departmental Manager Apprenticeships.
A Level 3 or above teaching qualification and solid occupational management competency are preferred, along with good ICT skills.
The role involves assessing learners, delivering online and face-to-face workshops, and managing documentation on learner progress.

Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
Must have current experience delivering full Operations Departmental Manager Apprenticeships.
Ideally hold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above.
Must hold solid, occupational Management competency.
Must have a good level of ICT skills.
Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
Happy to conduct online remote assessments - and face to face group workshops when required.
Must be flexible with travel.

Duties:

Assess and support learners working towards the Level 5 Operations / Departmental Manager and Team Leading up to Level 3.
Delivering online learning and face to face group workshops when required.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Work to learner review and completion time-scales.
Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely reviews, paperwork, EPA and general administration.
