We are seeking a detail oriented professional to join our client's team, an innovative industrial solutions provider, and take ownership of credit management processes, ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong financial controls based in Milton Keynes.

Your responsibilities as a Credit Controller:

路Managing customer accounts to ensure timely invoice payments and resolving overdue balances.

路Allocating received payments accurately within SAP and reconciling bank statements.

路Maintaining credit limits, payment terms, and risk classifications.

路Ensuring compliance with company credit policies and maintaining clear documentation.

路Resolving payment disputes efficiently to prevent delays.

路Collaborating with Sales, Finance, and other departments to streamline credit-related processes.

路Supporting billing activities, including milestones, prepayments, and card transactions.

路Keeping accurate and up-to-date customer records for financial and compliance audits.

To be successful in the Credit Controller role, you will require:

路Minimum of three years' experience in Credit Control.

路Strong understanding of sales and credit control processes.

路Knowledge of legal procedures related to credit control and debt recovery.

路Proficiency in SAP (essential) and MS Office.
