- Review and manage credit terms across a broad customer base
- Follow and enhance established credit control procedures
- Produce and analyses weekly, monthly, and daily reports
- Post and allocate cash receipts daily using the cashbook
- Manage and resolve all customer enquiries from start to resolution
- Liaise closely with the sales team to ensure payments are received on time
- Support both internal and external audits
- Manage key and national account returns processes
- Handle credit and debit requests professionally and efficiently
- Respond to email enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Sales Ledger reports
- Review and process customer orders with attention to detail
