  • Review and manage credit terms across a broad customer base
  • Follow and enhance established credit control procedures
  • Produce and analyses weekly, monthly, and daily reports
  • Post and allocate cash receipts daily using the cashbook
  • Manage and resolve all customer enquiries from start to resolution
  • Liaise closely with the sales team to ensure payments are received on time
  • Support both internal and external audits
  • Manage key and national account returns processes
  • Handle credit and debit requests professionally and efficiently
  • Respond to email enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Sales Ledger reports
  • Review and process customer orders with attention to detail
