Key responsibilities include chasing outstanding debts, managing cash allocation, and resolving queries raised by clients.
Proficiency in MS Office is required, and experience with SAP Business ONE is desirable, along with excellent communication skills.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Location: Milton Keynes

Hours: Full time - 40hrs per week

Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 dependant on experience

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Senior Credit Controller to join our clients successful team.

Duties of a Senior Credit Controller:

Chasing outstanding debts by telephone and email.
Management of cash allocation.
Raising credit notes
Resolving and monitoring any queries raised.
Email communication and face to face meetings with partners and associates regarding all debts.
Analysing, monitoring and reducing debts.
Reporting KPI’s and forecasting.
Opening new accounts and processing customer credit checks.
Checking incoming funds.
Electronic filing.

What we would like from you:

Have at least 3 years credit control experience.
Strong financial, analytical and negotiation skills.
Experience of account reconciliation.
Competent in the use of MS Office
Experience of using SAP Business ONE is desirable.
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
Proactive approach to debt collection and follows processes.
