8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday with 45 minutes lunch 8:30am to 4:00pm on Friday with 60 minutes lunch

Quality personnel has an exciting administration opportunity to work for a global manufacturing company based in Crownhill.

We are looking for a highly organised individual to join this well-established company on a temporary to permanent basis.

Someone with sales order processing would be idea as this is a fast-paced role.

Role responsibilities :

  • Processing sales orders
  • Arranging deliveries.
  • Liaising with warehouse / branches as well as manufacturing plant in Japan for production lead-time and shipment schedules.
  • Handling enquiries and complaints from UK distributors and OEM customers (Original Equipment Manufacturing) .
  • Assisting Sales Engineers on quotation, stocktakes, administrative work like processing sales and provide information support.
  • Admin and filing Excellent telephone manner
  • Accurate typing skills Good MS Excel skills
