Are you an engaging and enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? If so, our client is looking for a talented Customer Service Administrator to join their collaborative and innovative team. As a key player in their busy service centre, you'll play a pivotal role of providing a first-class, multi-channel enquiry service whilst maintaining their reputation for excellence.

Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator will include: 

  • Delivering a consistent first-class enquiry service in a target driven environment.
  • Responding to a high volume of enquiries through multiple platforms to meet team/department targets.
  • Taking ownership of resolving enquiries to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Making outbound calls to customers to chase outstanding documents/information.
  • Contributing to and maintaining an effective knowledge bank of enquiries.
  • Producing letters regarding customer status.
  • Working collaboratively with other departments.

To be a successful Customer Service Administrator you must have:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience.
  • Flexibility to work 35 hours a week Monday to Friday.
  • Excellent communication skill both written and verbal.
  • Experience in managing multi-channel enquiries, phone, email, online chat and social media.
  • Proven ability of prioritising and delivering an excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong IT skills, including Word and Excel as well as databases.
