In this role you will be the first point of contact in providing support and information, to a varied audience using multi-channel communication methods.

Key Responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Managing high volume inbound calls
  • Take responsibility for resolving enquiries within SLA’s
  • Make outbound telephone calls to contact individuals in relation to outstanding matters or documentation
  • Manage busy inbox, responding to enquires quickly and efficiently

Essential Skills for a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Demonstrable experience of dealing with a high volume of inbound calls
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with customers
  • Strong time management skills and the experience of working to deadlines.
