Job Overview

Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people, providing excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email to allocated accounts and independent customers.
  • Processing customer orders and requests received by whatever means.
  • Be responsible for the correct administration for your allocated accounts, keeping detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Responsible for the correct logging of all calls, orders and queries via SAP
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes, working closely with the Accounts Department.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, would be an advantage
  • Training will be given
