Key Responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Managing high volume multichannel enquiries including phone, email and live chat from query to resolution.
  • Taking ownership and responsibility for resolving enquiries and improving the customer experience.
  • Make outbound telephone calls to contact individuals in relation to outstanding matters or documentation
  • Manage a busy inbox, responding to enquiries quickly and efficiently
