Key Responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor:
- Managing high volume multichannel enquiries including phone, email and live chat from query to resolution.
- Taking ownership and responsibility for resolving enquiries and improving the customer experience.
- Make outbound telephone calls to contact individuals in relation to outstanding matters or documentation
- Manage a busy inbox, responding to enquiries quickly and efficiently
Essential Skills for a Customer Service Advisor:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven experience of dealing with a high volume of inbound calls
