Key Responsibilities:As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional service to all customers, acting as an "information and administration provider." Your duties will include:
- Ensuring all customer queries are responded to promptly and effectively.
- Providing clear and accurate guidance to customers regarding their finance contracts.
- Taking ownership of customer inquiries, ensuring each query is fully addressed and customers are informed of any necessary actions.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction to foster loyalty and trust in the company.
- Delivering accurate and timely administrative support to internal teams as required.
- Ensuring customers understand their contracts and any associated terms and conditions.
- Keeping up to date with the company’s financial products and services to provide accurate and helpful advice.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the financial services sector (not essential but beneficial).
- A good understanding of financial products and services (training will be provided).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and an empathetic approach to customer needs.
