We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a global company who have their UK Head Office based in Milton Keynes. This a temporary role, however, could be extended or lead to permanent employment. Please note, this role is fully office based, with NO remote working. Ideally, candidates would have a second European language, preferably in Spanish (not essential).
Working Hours: 08:00am - 16:00pm, Monday to Friday, 30 minute lunch.
Overview:
- You will manage the receipt and completion of customer orders whilst providing support to cross-functional teams.
Duties:
- Receive, verify accuracy and enter customer orders.
- Liaise with Planning teams and confirm delivery dates with European customers.
- Manage customer enquiries, resolve queries, source and provide information.
- Interrogate data systems and generate reports for management reporting.
- Take ownership of orders, monitor performance, and up-sell services.
- Work closely with Supply Chain Departments to provide daily support and absence cover when required.
- Using Microsoft Excel on a daily basis, to track order progress and analyze data.
Skills Required:
- You are business fluent in English any other European language, preferably in Spanish.
- Excellent organizational, communication and administrative skills.
- Good secondary education or degree.
- Experience in a Customer Service, Planning or Supply Chain.
- Numerate and familiar with ERP systems.
- Export experience would be advantageous.
