Are you a passionate Customer Service Team Leader with contact centre experience, ready to take on a challenging role?

Our Milton Keynes based client is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Team Leader to motivate and train a team that is responsible for upholding high standards of service to its stakeholders and external customers, by providing a first-class, multi-channel enquiry service, and ensuring the team delivers accurate information to all enquirers in line with set targets.

  

As a Customer Service Team Leader your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Delivering a high quality, consistent enquiry service for stakeholders and external customers.
  • Being a role model, providing a quality service in responding to high volume enquiries through multiple platforms to achieve set targets and standards.
  • Supporting telephone based outbound campaigns when required.
  • Manage first line enquiries for the team and resolving escalated complaints.
  • Ensuring high standards are maintained by the team with consistent quality checking and feedback, working within a structured framework.
  • Creating and manage daily staff rota for the team.
  • Encouraging initiative and ownership within the team to constantly challenge and improve processes and overall performance.
  • Complete quality checking to ensure the team are delivering the correct advice and identifying any training needs.
  • Providing appropriate training to ensure they have a clear understanding of processes, and procedures.

To be a successful Customer Service Team Leader, you must have:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and proven experience in complaints resolution.
  • Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, CRM, and databases.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrable experience of working successfully in a contact centre environment.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Experience of quality checking to a high standard of written and verbal work across multiple channels.
  • Experience with training and developing a collaborative and dynamic team.
