Customer Support Coordinator - full-time & part-time available

Based: Milton Keynes

Salary: £18 per hour

Our client is seeking an individual who can come in and hit the ground running, who has an excellent phone manner, good I.T skills and who wants to provide the customer with accurate, professional and friendly service. The role would be office-based initially but could move to part home, part office based.

This company is small and highly successful, based in Knowlhill, Milton Keynes and are Number 1 in the UK in their field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling sales calls and processing orders
  • Providing occasional remote technical support to customers
  • Raising invoices and credit control
  • Perform online demonstrations of software to customers
  • Diagnose and resolve any product-related issues
  • Liaise closely with suppliers

Skills required

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Medium level I.T skills - some technical support experience
  • Ability to analyse and problem-solve
  • Able to keep calm and professional when under pressure
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • Able to develop positive relationships with customers
