This is a fantastic opportunity for you to combine your work with your passion! Our client has a permanent, full-time vacancy for a Customer Sales Advisor to work with their leading fishing products brand, supplying market-leading products across all angling disciplines, providing a comprehensive and well-supported product portfolio for all specialist retailers.

You don’t need to be a product specialist as training will be given, but you must know enough to distinguish a carp from a roach and the different fishing methods used! You can be a serious match angler, or someone with a pastime in leisure fishing.

Successful applicants will ideally have previous experience of working in a busy customer-focused service environment such as telesales or customer service. The salary is competitive.

The main focus is on processing incoming telephone and email sales orders and providing technical information and back-up service for products. You will also be proactive in contacting designated accounts and advising dealers on new products and special offers from time to time, as the business requires. It is therefore essential that you have technical knowledge of products and experience of dealing with customers either face-to-face, on the telephone and via email so you will need to be a confident and clear communicator in these areas.
