We are seeking a dedicated German & Polish Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s innovative team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries with a focus on delivering value-added, high-level support.
  • Use webchat, email and occasionally telephone channels to assist customers and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide follow-up as needed.

Skills & Experience:

  • Fluent in both German and Polish (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to customer support and the ability to multitask effectively
