The Recruitment Co are recruiting for Guest Services Assistants for a large shopping centre based in Milton Keynes.

You will carry out a range of Guest Services duties to a high standard ensuring a high-quality service is delivered.

Duties:

Deal with any customer requests promptly and courteously.
Ensure that areas are always presentable to the highest standards.
Deal with queries and resolve problems.
Sale of Gift cards - seeking sales opportunities
Support for Kiddy rides, clean down between use.
Provide a service for mobility users.
Ensure a professional image is always presented.
Roam around to support guests for directional support.
Awareness of stores and opportunities for Guests
Support wider business requirements for Events.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills:

Good attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and use initiative, while being part of a team
To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
Excellent Guest Services experience - Knowledge of what good looks like
Computer literate
Supportive, caring nature

The working hours will be 8 hour shifts between the times of 8:45am-8pm
The shopping centre is open 7 days a week so candidates must be flexible to work any days.

The pay rate will be 12 per hour
