Role
As a Service Centre Advisor, you will contributing towards maintaining the company's reputation for providing a high level of customer service.
Day to day you will be assisting with enquiries either by resolving them there and then or passing them on to the relevant team. You will resolve enquiries consistently to team standards and promptly.
Experience
- Exceptional customer service skills and experience within a similar role
- Good IT skills
- Organisational, planning, and administrative skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing multi-channel enquiries.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Salary:
- 26,354 up to 27.672
Hours of work:
- Flexible shift rotation from 7am -7pm. Monday to Friday Only
- Hybrid 2 days from home after training
