Job Title: Digital Transformation Analyst Location: Milton Keynes, UK Company: Scania Great Britain
Position Overview:
As a Digital Transformation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in steering our company through the digital age. Your expertise in intelligent automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and a data-first approach will drive efficiency and innovation across our commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities:•   Analyse existing processes and engage business functions to understand problems and challenges that can be addressed by digitalisation.•   Evaluate, scope and propose digital solutions that enhance our commercial operations processes and customer experiences.•   Lead projects focused on intelligent automation to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.•   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies that support operational excellence: sales, services and supporting functions.•   Champion a data-first culture, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and data utilisation in decision-making processes.•   Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and propose strategic initiatives for digital advancement.•   Measure and report on the impact of digital transformation efforts, providing actionable insights to senior management.
Qualifications:•   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:•   3-5 years proven experience in digital transformation, preferably within the automotive sector.•   Strong understanding of intelligent automation, AI, and data analytics tools and methodologies.
Skills and Competencies:•   Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.•   Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.•   Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
