We are seeking a detail-oriented, hybrid Data Entry Administrator to join the team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high accuracy and strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer databases by entering and updating information.
  • Prepare and compile records into a single file or table, sorting them based on given criteria.
  • Transfer data from paper formats into computer systems manually or using scanners.
  • Verify data at various stages to ensure accuracy.

Criteria

  • Previous experience in administration or data entry is ideal.
  • Excellent communication, fast typing, and accuracy are essential.
  • A high level of concentration and focus is required, particularly when working with minimal distractions.
  • Strong computer skills and daily comfort with technology are essential.
