In this role, you'll be working with a diverse set of data projects, managing key client accounts, and delivering actionable insights that drive business performance. You’ll work closely with internal teams, optimise data processes, and use advanced tools to make sense of large datasets. You'll need strong analytical abilities, a passion for data, and the capability to manage multiple priorities and projects at once.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyse complex data sets, using tools like SQL, Python, and PowerBI/Tableau to extract meaningful insights.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver actionable recommendations.

  • Oversee data processes, ensuring data quality and integrity across projects.

  • Build and maintain insightful dashboards and reports, enabling clients to make data-driven decisions.

  • Perform trend analysis and predictive modelling to help shape future business strategies.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, implementing best practices and new techniques to improve performance.

  • Lead regular check-ins with internal teams to discuss progress, results, and future planning.

  • Provide mentoring and support to junior data analysts on the team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SQL, Python, and visualisation tools like PowerBI or Tableau, and be able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive, problem-solving mindset is key.

Requirements:

  • Experience with SQL, Python, and data visualisation tools like PowerBI/Tableau.

  • Ability to synthesise large datasets into clear, actionable insights.

  • Strong communication skills to present data findings to both technical and non-technical teams.

  • A desire to continuously learn and grow within a data-focused team.
