Store Director

Quest Search and Selection is partnering with Fashion, Activewear & Well-being brand.

The Store Director is the driving force behind the team, you will ensure seamless store administration, manage inventory, and prioritise employee wellbeing within high volume global flagship store.

Key responsibilities of this Store Director:

1. Focus on delivering exceptional customer experience.
2. Ensure excellent store administration, manage inventory and day-to-day operations.
3. Conduct regular induvial meetings to lead, train, and motivate the team.
4. Maintain cash control, timekeeping, stock, and health & safety.
5. Define daily objectives and actions to drive KPIs, develop monthly plans based on productivity targets.
6. Collaborate with the Retail Director and HR to enhance store performance and engagement.
7. Ensure store budgets and expenses align with targets.
8. Maintain the cleanliness for store and back-office areas.

To be successful in your application for this Store Director position:

1. Ideally having 3 years + Store Manager, Senior Store Management, Cluster Manager or Store Director experience.
2. Ideally having experience in fashion, mixed goods, or beauty.
3. Ideally have turnover experience between 5- 10 million in a leadership capacity.
4. Ideally have strong operational and customer facing experience.
5. Experience in sharing knowledge to drive behavioural change and develop others.
6. Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal, written, and IT communication abilities.
