Are you passionate about performance-based marketing? Does google PPC make you weak at the knees? Would you love nothing better than hiding away at home with a mountain of data, and autonomy to manage budgets as you see fit?

If the above rings true, you're a paid heavy digital marketer who dreams of autonomy over campaigns but yearns for a bit more on your plate as well, then we have the job for you. A position where your PPC and paid social skills will be used, but where you will also have the ability to operate and work across a variety of other channels such as CRO, SEO, Affiliate, digital analytics, content, social and User Journey.

We're working with one of the UK's leading niche insurance brands as they seek a Digital Marketing Manager in a newly created role, to head up the growth of their non-CRM digital marketing activity.

The role is very heavy on paid advertising across both google and META, at least in the first 6 - 12 months with initial budgets at around 600k but desire for them to double, so a paid expert is essential, but you must be passionate to perform some other tasks as well.

The position is home-based with a funded visit to London required on average once or maximum twice a month, and a few team building events a year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies
  • Market Analysis and Trend Monitoring
  • Campaign Management
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Budget Management

Ability required:

  • Strong understanding of paid search, social media, programmatic, retargeting and SEO
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads)
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with GDPR, PECR and other relevant regulations
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred

All applicants will ideally have experience managing paid budgets in excess of 500k per annum, and have a minimum of 3 years google PPC and paid social as well as other digital experience. It's also essential you've worked in an industry where you are driving 100's of sales daily so insurance, travel, hospitality and ecommerce are all of interest. If you have the required experience and are keen to take a home-based position for a successful SME with growth ambitions then please send us through your CV.
