Your new companyThe company begun a transformation journey that will deliver a new operating model, processes and technology landscape to enable the business to achieve its global brand position of, 'Driving the shift to a sustainable transport solution'.The main responsibility of the Head of Market Strategy is to investigate the world around the business to then create, prioritise and inspire both internal and external stakeholders towards a clear vision of the collective future.You must become the voice and consciousness to ensure the company continues to drive towards a sustainable and prosperous offering for their customers.We are looking for a results-driven and visionary leader with a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive market strategies across large, multidisciplinary organisations. The role works within the Transformation team and will require extensive collaboration with key stakeholders across the business ensuring end to end delivery of the strategy from pre-sales, sales, aftersales to disposal. You will add an expertise in market analysis, strategic planning and cross functional leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving sustainable growth, capturing emerging opportunities.Based in Milton Keynes you have the ability to work remotely for part of the week.
