We are recruiting for an Operations and Installation Manager for our client based in Milton Keynes
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop repair and support strategy
- Manage Installation activities as well as service support
- Monitor and manage customer care, technical support and engineers
- Oversee service level agreements and produce, analyse Management Information
- Set departmental targets/continuous improvement
- Work in partnership with Health & Safety Manager for site
- Project Management
- SAP & Power BI
- Look after a team of 14
Some travel involved - Car allowance
