My client, based in Milton Keynes with over 40 years of experience, is seeking a Cad Technician to join their team.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in 2D AutoCAD, including sheet sets and dynamic blocks, and have experience in the building services industry.
The role requires the ability to produce accurate and timely CAD work while collaborating effectively with Design Engineers.
Candidates should have a proven track record in drawing design of buildings and maintaining technical drawing records.
The position offers a salary of £30,000 to £40,000 and requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

My client has over 40 years experience based in Milton Keynes who are now looking for a Cad Technician to join their team.�

Key Expectations:

Proficient in the use of 2D AutoCAD, sheet sets and dynamic blocks
Create and modify 2D plans using AutoCAD
Experience in the building services industry is essential
Ability to produce on time & accurate delivery of CAD work
Provide evidence of experience and understanding of drawing design of buildings
Confident communicator to work with the Design Engineer in order to understand their design requirements
Ability to establish a good working relationship with the Design Engineers and the CAD team
Ability to produce accurate and detailed drawings to scale
Issuing drawings
Assist with maintaining library of standard products
Update and record keeping of technical drawings
Team player
