An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Architectural Technician / CAD Technician / Measured Building Surveyor to join an expanding Surveying Property Consultancy who deliver projects and complex condition survey programmes.
Our client requires an experienced Architectural Technician / CAD Technician / Measured Building Surveyor with experience in carrying out surveys for the production of floor plans, building layouts and site plans. Additional experience in detailing, elevations and sections will be an advantage.
You will from home with site visits which provides flexible working.
