These schools are dedicated to helping children reach their full potential through high standards of teaching and learning.

The Role:

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will:? Work alongside class teachers and support staff to meet the diverse needs of students.? Support the classroom as a whole and provide 1:1 support when needed.? Be the first point of contact for children in your care, ensuring their well-being and learning needs are met.? Liaise with teaching staff and parents/guardians to ensure the best outcomes for each pupil.

Role Requirements:

?? Personal or professional experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential).?? A caring, energetic, and enthusiastic approach.?? Ability to work as part of a team alongside teaching and support staff.?? Willingness to support pupils with personal care, if necessary.?? A passion for supporting children with special educational needs.

What You'll Need:

? An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).? Right to work in the UK.? A Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification (Level 2 or above preferred).
