About the Role

Academics Ltd is currently working with outstanding SEN schools across Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes, supporting children with a range of educational and social needs. These schools are dedicated to helping students reach their full potential through high-quality teaching and tailored support.

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will:? Work alongside class teachers and support staff to meet the varying needs of students.? Offer individualized and group support within the classroom.? Adapt to different roles depending on the needs of the school.? Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/guardians.

What we're Looking For

? Experience working with children and/or young people (personal or professional experience is desirable but not essential).? A caring, energetic, and enthusiastic individual.? Ability to work collaboratively with teaching and support staff.? Willingness to provide personal care support, if required.? Ability to take initiative and support learning effectively.? A strong passion for supporting children and young people with special educational needs.

Requirements

?? Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).?? Eligibility to work in the UK.?? A Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification (Level 2 or above) is preferred.
